What should I include when reporting a formula issue?
Record the product and release, software version, sheet and cell, steps taken, and expected versus actual behavior. Describe which assumptions changed. Leave out passwords, payment details, and confidential customer information.
How do I report a research correction?
Identify the page address, the specific statement, and the evidence that supports the correction. The contact form can save a draft on your device; it does not send messages.
